That's me during my first time free-diving! I recently attended a class by Bob Fanok, the best instructor and owner of Blue Water Free-divers. This practice session was educational and inspirational. The human body can do a lot more than you think it can and a positive mindset can make all the difference. For example, I learned that I can hold my breath easily for over two minutes and with a little practice popping my ears upside down while swimming I can swim even deeper in the water.
