Do you BELIEVE?

Fab Bikini Everybody needs to believe in something. You may not believe in unicorns but you can believe this, I won this "totally fab" swimsuit on Instagram as an avid follower of @fab_bikini! Just seeing the photos of the bikinis in my feed made me smile every time. They have such fun prints and I'm so glad I decided to enter the giveaway. When I won, I got to pick which print I wanted and I knew exactly what to choose...unicorns and rainbows! After all, I never would've won if I didn't believe there was a chance. Fab Bikini is an etsy shop based in the U.K. You can get high quality hand-made swimwear and active wear at affordable prices. I like how Fab Bikini has many styles to chose from like high-waist bottoms, bandeaus or trendy knotted tops. But to me, the prints are where it's at! You can choose diamonds, cats, Mickey Mouse, mermaid scales, watermelons, flowers, hamburgers, palm trees, pineapples and even jelly beans (just to name a few.) Aft

Transform your bikini...

Elox Swimwear If you are tired of tying a bikini string around your neck or experience pain, you are not alone. I am hearing quite often that women do not want a suit that ties around their neck anymore, however, the triangle style front is still a favorite. The creators of Elox have thought of a way to solve this problem. Elox patented bikini beads are a fun and innovative way to transform your bikini top. I call them bikini adjusters. You can use them to adjust your strings in different ways. Elox was designed for the independent, unique and active woman. As you can see from my photos, so far I have worn them to transform my bikini tops into a racer-back and a bra-style. They worked great on my favorite string bikinis by Seafolly and Vitamin A. I was also thinking they could be used to do something innovative with the bottom strings. Elox swimwear beads are made of silicone so they are flexible and sturdy with a soft touch. They are also available in different colors. Th

ECO NOT EGO

KORU SWIMWEAR (Tristine Davis Photography & For the Love of Water) That is the slogan of Koru swimwear, an eco-friendly swimwear and clothing company. I first noticed the brand Koru by it's bold and colorful swimsuits (as seen above.) I soon found out that it was a company that was so much more. With messages like "Eco Not Ego," along with Koru's subtle and sporty swimwear, I decided it was a company I wanted to support. All of Koru's swimwear is made from ECONYL, a recycled nylon yarn. This special fabric is made from discarded fishing nets pulled out of our precious ocean. When my Koru suit arrived, the first thing I did was feel it and check out the fabric. It looks and feels like normal swimsuit fabric so, don't worry! After wearing it in the water, I noticed it dried quickly too. Not only does Koru use fabric from recycled plastic but it also gives back as member of the 1% for the Planet Organization. On their Instagram, they share facts wit

Dylee & Lylee

Dylee & Lylee (Tristine Davis Photography with For the Love of Water campaign) Let me begin by saying how I first came across the Dylee & Lylee brand. A lot of brands claim to be great but, I have learned over the years that it's what's on the inside that counts. It was this simple statement that caught my eye and showed me that this is a company that cares: Donations to the ASPCA. I adore animals and I too donate to the the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®. The ASPCA is a leader in the areas of rescue, adoption and welfare to put an end to animal abuse/neglect.    It's nice to know that you are purchasing great swimwear all while a percentage of your payment will go toward the prevention of cruelty to animals. Not only does Dylee & Lylee make great swimwear but, it is full of heart and is a company that gives back. I knew the quality and service would be fantastic and it was. I received prompt delivery, chatted with frie
