Platinum Sun Watersports and Fitness Apparel |
Imagine paddling yourself down a river while watching dolphin play right by the board you are standing on. No worries, no care. Get out there and go stand up paddleboarding! There are many ways to have fun and keep a positive body image for your swimsuit-wearing days. This is your "swimwear inspiration" right here. I chose to wear my Platinum Sun yoga set this time because I wanted to be comfortable and secure when doing paddleboarding yoga but, I enjoy paddleboarding on sunny days in my bikini too, of course. There are so many benefits to SUP so, I've made a list for you.
2) It's good for your body. It's an overall body workout (with low-impact) and a lot of cardio to help your heart. You can tone up, build strength or lose weight. It can help to make you look and feel great in a bikini.
3) You can do paddleboard yoga which has added benefits. You will be improving your balance, breathing and poses in a beautiful way.
4) You will be outdoors, enjoying nature. I often see dolphin swimming and fish jumping out of the water. It's quiet and beautiful to be surrounded by water and blue skies without the roar of an engine.
5) It's good for the environment since you are not using any gasoline or a motor. It doesn't cause harm to animals and you may even get really close to a manatee like I have. Many paddleboards are being made out of recycled plastics.
6) It's fun! You should be smiling and happy after each time paddle boarding. You can bring your fishing supplies, camera and pack a lunch.
7) It's also easier than it looks. Even first-timers are full of confidence. You can start on your knees in a calm river and later work your way up to stand up paddleboarding in the ocean on some big waves.
8) You can do it alone, on a date or with group. You may even want to switch it up to enjoy the benefits in different ways.
9) It's a fairly inexpensive and simple hobby.
10) You get to wear your bikini or cooling watersports apparel while working out. You'll be getting your daily dose of Vitamin D from being in the sunshine and get a healthy tan. (Make sure to wear your sunscreen. ) Best of all, if you get hot...you can cool off in water! You can't do that at the gym.
