My best friend and I recently went to Costa Rica! We were greeted at the San Jose airport by our friendly driver, Enrique, by the hotel's transportation at Figa Travel. He had snacks and waters ready for us with a fun, safe, educational 3 hour ride to the hotel. He taught us so much and was super nice. He even made stops to enhance our experience and made sure we were enjoying our ride. When we arrived at the Arenal Kioro Suites & Spa, everyone there was also helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We always received excellent advice and the staff went above-and-beyond to give us an extraordinary experience. They even gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday! They booked us cool tours and told us about fun things to do while in Arenal and the nearby town of La Fortuna; such as PureTrek canyoneering/repelling, wave rafting and the Eco Terra 4-in-1 trip with waterfalls, volcano and hanging bridges. We appreciate everyone there and think they deserve a raise!

I have traveled the world and this was definitely one of the MOST beautiful places I have ever stayed. Our room was amazing with a jacuzzi and we had the best backyard with a breath-taking view of the volcano. It was very clean and big, too. We went to the spa on-site, utilized the pool and of course, enjoyed the hot springs there!! There are many natural hot springs around the volcano because that is what heats them up. The hot springs felt so good while relaxing, especially after our hikes. Whoever does the landscaping is doing a phenomenal job. The restaurant was very good and we were so happy to have Enrique as our server. He has the best customer service, recommended unique drinks and set us up with the coffee & chocolate tour on site. That was a fantastic experience as well. We learned about the Costa Rican plants and made our own sugar cane juice, coffee and chocolates! The guys were amazing and I highly recommend it. Costa Rica is full of friendly people and an Eco-friendly place. We saw so many amazing things, including a monkey and a sloth!

It was helpful that everyone spoke English to us while teaching us some Spanish, too. As 2 single girls traveling in another country, I really liked that the resort had someone at the gate keeping track of when we left and when we arrived "home" safely. So, if you are looking for a place to stay, fun things to do and need a ride to/from airport...then look no further! Arenal Kioro Suites and Spa gets 2 thumbs up, 5 stars and a round of applause from us. We are truly grateful for the amazing adventure! Pura Vida!

My Oasis...the Inflatable Paddle Board by Body Glove!

For me, there couldn't be anything better than to wake up early and go paddle boarding with my dog. A typical visit to the Orlando Surf Expo made my dreams come true when I walked away with an inflatable paddle board and surf board by Body Glove. That's right, I said "inflatable!" I have a small 2-seater and I can easily fit them in the trunk or passenger seat. Then, I can inflate them when I get to my location. Absolutely perfect! My boards arrived at my home in boxes with a guide book and all the necessary accessories (see photos below.) I always borrow, rent or share boards but I have never actually owned one so, to me this was like Christmas morning! Everything was labeled and easy to understand. Petflair Swimsuit & Photography by Lety Remior When one of my friends told me he had heard about a company that let's you put a picture of your dog on your swimsuit (and knew it would be right up my alley of course), I went straight to my lap top and began searching for it. It didn't take long as the crowd-funding buzz had started to make it's way around the internet. I found the website and had a look for myself. This fabulous company is from Australia and called Petflair. Am I the only one who goes straight to the "about us" section or do you do that too? It helped me to see that this was a company I wanted to support because not only is it a great story with a unique idea but Petflair donates 25% of it's profits to Pound Paws (a charity for abandoned pets.) I decided I needed to find out more about the making of swimsuits with our pets. These babies are $99, which is reasonable, especially for a customized suit with your dog! However,

Embrace Diversity

It's time to embrace others... and embrace who you are. We are all different so, we shouldn't be expected to wear the same style swimsuits. You should pick out swimwear that makes you happy and comfortable. Strong women support each other and we shouldn't judge each other by what's on the outside. If you got it, flaunt it. If you want to cover something up, go for it. Show off your best asset (and don't say you don't have one because you do!) There are many styles to chose from: bra-tops, triangle tops, tankinis, swim skirts, swim shorts, cheeky, etc. Focus on your concerns, enhance your good qualities and keep a positive body image. Live a Luminous Life

Both are sensational colors on the skin! When you reverse the suit to the lilac side, the strings are still the pink palm print and it looks like heaven together.
