Versakini Swimsuit/Native Sunglasses/Shopwish Necklace/4Ocean Bracelet/FLW Photos

Here's how I literally turned heads and stopped conversations. I got off of work and headed straight to Chases on the Beach. I had on the newest reversible one-piece by Versakini, eye-catching sunglasses by Native Eyewear and a stunning necklace from my friend's new business Shopwish. I couldn't help but feel stylish and many people came up to me to ask me about my look. It always feels nice to receive compliments and get to talk to others about what I'm passionate about. The wonderful ladies of For the Love of Water, FLW Photos, met me there to capture these great pictures. Let us know if you are interested in getting product shots for your business.

The one-piece is a plunging swimsuit from Versakini. Check out my other posts about Versakini, with versatile and stylish swimsuits. This brand was started on Shark Tank and I've really watched it grow over the past year. You will love how a one-piece feels and enjoy it's comfort. It helps you radiate confidence and is classy. This one reverses to hot pink, which is sure to turn heads even more. I love the colors of the print and it goes well with my new Native sunglasses. Native Eyewear is a local brand from Daytona Beach. Native frames are made from sustainable, agriculturally-derived materials that are also biodegradable. They are all polarized with a lifetime warranty. Let me know if you want a pair!

Bikini jewelry is always a great idea and a fun trend. I got my necklace from my friend, also named Paige, after she started her new business. My Lariat necklace is hand made with natural stones and personalized. The drop down detail made it a perfect fashion match to wear with this swimsuit and I'm happy I got to choose rose gold. Check out her other styles below. I also wear my eco-friendly 4Ocean bracelet daily now. 4Ocean pulls a pound of trash out of the ocean for every bracelet sold and they are made of recycled materials. Good companies, as I've mentioned here, have got the most style!

BEST. SWIMSUIT. EVER.

When one of my friends told me he had heard about a company that let's you put a picture of your dog on your swimsuit (and knew it would be right up my alley of course), I went straight to my lap top and began searching for it. It didn't take long as the crowd-funding buzz had started to make it's way around the internet. I found the website and had a look for myself. This fabulous company is from Australia and called Petflair. Am I the only one who goes straight to the "about us" section or do you do that too? It helped me to see that this was a company I wanted to support because not only is it a great story with a unique idea but Petflair donates 25% of it's profits to Pound Paws (a charity for abandoned pets.)

I decided I needed to find out more about the making of swimsuits with our pets. These babies are $99, which is reasonable, especially for a customized suit with your dog! However, I was concerned with their Australian sizing because one of the mos…

Warning: This may shock you!

One pieces are back and better than ever. They are naturally flattering and super slimming. The right pattern/design can enhance or downplay areas, while holding everything in. Teenagers, mothers and women of all ages are following the trend. And, you don't even have to be part of the skinny b's club. I’ve seen the Becca one-piece in this photo on all sizes and it looks good! It's also available in black, white and blue. It's a "plunge" that is tastefully see-through with a low back. Some brands cover less (like Billabong, L*Space, Ale and Vitamin A) and some cover more. Wear one with shorts and you'll have a body suit too. What's the harm in trying some on? I bet you'll get many compliments.

Live a Luminous Life

The logo is luminous. The bikinis are luminous. The vibes are luminous. The owner has the most wonderful, positive energy about her and her kindness shines bright. You too can let your light shine with this new, radiant swimwear brand called Luminous Sol.

I'm wearing the Ella top in a blush palm print that reverses to a lovely lilac color. Both are sensational colors on the skin! When you reverse the suit to the lilac side, the strings are still the pink palm print and it looks like heaven together. The fit and feel is excellent with an adjustable lace-up back. One of the things I loved most about it is that there was no padding, which made it look and feel smooth (along with a quick dry-time.) We are going to give away the sliding-triangle Anya top in the above sunset photo to one lucky winner on Instagram so, be sure to follow us, @foxyandpaige and @luminoussolswimwear, to be entered into the drawing.

I just love my bottoms because they are side-tie with a brazilian "scrun…

Vitamin Sea

We all need some Vitamin Sea, literally. Without the ocean and marine life, we cannot survive. Why not head to the beach in a tank that supports the sea? I wore the tank I’m sporting in the above photos to New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It happens to be the “shark bite capital of the world” where the locals, tourists and I embrace sharks. It’s important to understand and appreciate nature in all it’s capacities.

Being mindful about what we purchase is a simple, ethical step to help the environment. I really love sharks. Just the other day, I ordered my teacup Pomeranian, Foxy, a shark costume online from a big company. Foxy weighs 4 pounds and I got her the extra-small shark costume. It arrived in a plastic bag bigger than my desk and inside was another plastic bag plus unnecessary plastic “stuffing.” For the tiniest dog costume ever? Going out to people all over the world? So much waste of ocean-life-killing plastic. There wasn’t even a nice note inside either. When my Vitamin Sea packa…
