Welcome to Sicily! This was our backyard for a few days with beautiful views and beautiful beaches right at our fingertips. I wore my newest Island Mermaid Tribe reversible bikini to take a dip one evening and during the day I went exploring in my ever-so-popular yellow Seafolly. While we were in Sicily, my family and I went on an absolutely amazing boat trip. We explored caves, snorkeled and fully experienced the Sicilian way. We made a stop in Florence and then made our way under the Tuscan sun. We had our very own pool at this glorious Tuscany house. I showed off my new JP Holahan Studio bikini with matching pareo. We had a fun family pool day and I was happy to wear my eco-friendly Holahan suit made of fabric that is actually from Italy. And of course, I had to put on my Petflair Foxy one-piece another day because we were all missing her!

We took a little drive through the mountains to the Saturnia Hot Springs and I highly recommend it. We were fortunate it was such a beautiful day and the water was warm. The waterfalls flow through-out the springs and we relaxed in these all-natural hot tubs during the day. This surely seemed like a place for mermaids so, I wore the mermaid-scale side of my reversible Island Mermaid Tribe string bikini. It is known by all that I am truly a "Tropical Maniac" so, it only made since for me to wear my "We're on Summertime!" shirt in Cinque Terre. It was one of my favorite tropical places in Italy. We took a boat ride to visit the different towns, hiked and checked out the beach (where we jumped off rocks and went swimming in caves.) Then, we were off to Rome! To make a long story short, we seriously had the trip of a lifetime! I am very grateful for my family, this opportunity and all of my swimwear inspiration attire. Ciao!

My Oasis...the Inflatable Paddle Board by Body Glove!

For me, there couldn't be anything better than to wake up early and go paddle boarding with my dog. A typical visit to the Orlando Surf Expo made my dreams come true when I walked away with an inflatable paddle board and surf board by Body Glove. That's right, I said "inflatable!" I have a small 2-seater and I can easily fit them in the trunk or passenger seat. Then, I can inflate them when I get to my location. Absolutely perfect! I always borrow, rent or share boards but I have never actually owned one so, to me this was like Christmas morning! Everything was labeled and easy to understand. It didn't take long as the crowd-funding buzz had started to make it's way around the internet. I found the website and had a look for myself. This fabulous company is from Australia and called Petflair. Am I the only one who goes straight to the "about us" section or do you do that too? It helped me to see that this was a company I wanted to support because not only is it a great story with a unique idea but Petflair donates 25% of it's profits to Pound Paws (a charity for abandoned pets.) Embrace Diversity

It's time to embrace others... and embrace who you are. We are all different so, we shouldn't be expected to wear the same style swimsuits. You should pick out swimwear that makes you happy and comfortable. Strong women support each other and we shouldn't judge each other by what's on the outside. If you got it, flaunt it. If you want to cover something up, go for it. Show off your best asset (and don't say you don't have one because you do!) There are many styles to chose from: bra-tops, triangle tops, tankinis, swim skirts, swim shorts, cheeky, etc. Focus on your concerns, enhance your good qualities and keep a positive body image. Live a Luminous Life

Luminous Sol Swimwear The logo is luminous. The bikinis are luminous. The vibes are luminous. The owner has the most wonderful, positive energy about her and her kindness shines bright. Both are sensational colors on the skin! When you reverse the suit to the lilac side, the strings are still the pink palm print and it looks like heaven together.
